Used Johnson & Johnson Acuvue Advance with Hydraclear contact lens. Scratches and adsorbed proteins are easily visible. Imaged in AC mode in fluid, 10 µm scans. Left: Exterior surface, exposed to the air. Right: Interior surface, in contact with the eye.
