Relaxation Study of Sol-gel

Stable imaging using Dual AC Resonance Tracking (DART) allows relaxation studies. This series of images shows the relaxation of sol-gel taken at different intervals for appoximately 1.5 hours. 3.5 µm scan. Imaged with the MFP-3D AFM.
