DNA double helix clearly resolved using blueDrive photothermal excitation

Resolution of the double helix of Lambda Digest DNA on APTES treated mica. DNA imaged in buffer using blueDrive on a Cypher S AFM using an Olympus AC40TS cantilever. Both the major and minor groove of the DNA double helix are clearly resolved. Image size 120 x 120 nm.
