Fixed Fibroblast Cells

Fixed fibroblast cells (MRC-5 cell line) acquired in contact mode using the 200 µm long Olympus TR400PB cantilever. The cells were grown in a Falcon petri dish and fixed with 4% glutaraldehyde. They were imaged with the new Petri Dish Holder Accessory on the MFP-3D-BIO. Brightfield illumination was initially used to locate cells of interest and accurate position the cantilever over the cells (a).
