Simultaneous PFM and CAFM measurements on BFO thin film

The PFM signals of amplitude (Left) and phase (Middle) with an applied AC sample bias of 1 V were measured simultaneously with current across the domain walls of a BFO thin film sample with an applied DC bias of 3 V using Swap mode. This method minimizes artifacts due to electrostatic force. 3 µm scan.
