In this 1?m scan made of ZnO, ?A? is the second mode (Dual AC) amplitude image, ?B? is the fundamental amplitude, ?C? is the fundamental phase, and ?D? is the height image. Again, the second mode amplitude shows contrast not visible in the other channels. Imaged with the MFP-3D AFM.
