Heated PS-PMMA

Temperature Induced Changes in Polymer Morphology

A thin film of a PS-PMMA diblock copolymer held at 175°C imaged at 30s/frame for approximately 13 minutes in an inert Argon gas environment. Changes in the polymer's morphology can be studied over time as standing cylinders, which appear as dots, form into in-plane stripes.
