Relate: Correlative Data Visualisation & Analysis

Description

Relate is a data processing software from Oxford Instruments which allows you to correlate EDS, EBSD, EM, and AFM data on a variety of materials and life science applications, including duplex steel, battery material, and biomedical implants.

Key Learning Objectives

  • The webinar will show the workflow for collecting correlative data using AFM and EM
  • We will show the process of correlating images from diverse datasets
  • The webinar will demonstrate the visualisation and analytical tools for interrogating data from materials and life science specimens
